Beginners
As a beginner you will start with three private classes.
Private classes
Private classes are designed for your own needs and goals as well as your personal physical history. A personalised training session is put together specifically aimed at you and can consist of mat training and/or the correct equipment available in the studio.
Available are the Pilates Reformer, the Cadillac, the Combo Chair, the Ladder Barrel and various others props. Pilates created and designed these to support, relieve, clarify or step up your movements and muscular workout.
In addition to one-on-one private classes private group classes are available as well. If you wish to work out with your partner, friends or colleagues you can choose to put together groups of two to five people.

Group classes
Group classes with 4 to 6 participants on the wooden Reformer / Half Trapeze Table take place on:
Tuesday at 7:15 pm – open group class
Tuesday at 9:30 am
Thursday at 10:30 am
The evening group class is only available as open class for 25 € per session.
The morning group classes are preliminarily available for participants with packages of 10 sessions, single sessions for 25 € can only be offered if space is available.
The group classes start on time. Between two classes are fifteen minutes for coming in and getting changed. For a stressless start, consider coming at the earlierst 15 minutes and not later than 5 minutes before class begins to avoid disturbing the other participants.
Appropriate outfits for training are comfortable sports wear and socks. Please also bring a towel with you.
